01Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you use this website or buy from JOMBELI HARDWARE SDN. BHD. (Reg. No. 202601040120 (1702215-P)) (“Jombeli Hardware”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Delivery & Collection Policy.
02Who We Are
We are a hardware retailer in Kuala Lumpur. We sell garden tools, locks and door hardware, fasteners, tapes, adhesives and sealants, paint and painting supplies, plumbing fittings, pipes, taps, shower heads, sanitary ware, electrical accessories, safety equipment and tools. This website lists 23 products; other items can be ordered by contacting us.
03Product Information
We describe each product as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration; packaging, colour and minor details may differ from the picture, and props shown in a photo are not included unless listed.
Many hardware items only fit certain doors, pipes, basins, bowls or sockets. Each product page lists what to check before you buy. It is your responsibility to confirm sizes and compatibility. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help.
04Prices
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are for the item only. Delivery is not included in the price shown at checkout; any delivery charge is confirmed with you before dispatch (see our Delivery & Collection Policy). We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid applies to your order.
If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
05Orders & Payment
An order is placed when you complete checkout and payment succeeds through our payment provider. We then confirm stock and delivery details with you. If we cannot supply an item, we tell you and refund the amount paid for it.
For paint, please give the colour and finish in the order notes. We confirm them with you before the order is prepared.
06Delivery & Collection
We deliver within Malaysia or, by arrangement, you may collect from our Kuala Lumpur office. Times, charges and how bulky items are handled are set out in our Delivery & Collection Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered or collected.
07Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian law.
08Safe Use & Installation
Read and follow the manufacturer’s label and instructions, including safety warnings, before using any product. In particular:
- Electrical items must be used within their rated voltage and current. Electrical installation should be done by a qualified person.
- Plumbing and sanitary items should be installed to local requirements, by a qualified plumber where needed.
- Adhesives, sealants and paints should be used with ventilation and kept away from children.
- Safety equipment such as gloves and helmets must suit the hazard. Check the certification and fit, and replace worn or damaged items.
- Power tools should be used with the protection the maker recommends.
We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or use against the maker’s instructions.
09Manufacturer Warranty
Where a product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, its terms are those set by the manufacturer. Keep your order reference and any warranty card. Contact us if an item develops a fault and we will help you with the claim.
10Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of income or the cost of labour to install or remove a product.

The text, layout, logo and images on this website belong to Jombeli Hardware or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.
12Privacy
We handle your personal data under our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
13Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
14Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
