JOMBELI HARDWARE SDN. BHD. (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

  • Delivery details: delivery address and any instructions you give us.
  • Order details: products ordered, order notes (such as a paint colour) and order reference.
  • Payment status: whether a payment succeeded, its amount and reference. Card and bank details are entered on our payment provider’s page and are not seen or stored by us.
  • Enquiries: what you send us by email, phone or the contact form.

03How We Use Your Data

  • To process, confirm, deliver or arrange collection of your order.
  • To contact you about your order, delivery charges, returns and refunds.
  • To answer your enquiries.
  • To keep business and tax records as required by law.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

04Who We Share It With

  • Payment provider: to process your payment.
  • Couriers and transport providers: your name, phone number and delivery address, to deliver your order.
  • Authorities: where the law requires it.

05Cookies & Local Storage

Your cart is saved in your browser’s local storage so it stays there between visits. It is not sent to us until you check out. Our contact page shows an embedded Google Map, which may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

06How Long We Keep It

We keep order records for up to 7 years for accounting and tax purposes, and enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them.

07Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Payments are handled on our payment provider’s secure page.

08Your Rights

Under the PDPA you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to its use (which may mean we cannot complete an order). Contact us using the details below.
