01Where We Deliver
We deliver within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Delivery to remote areas may take longer and cost more; we tell you before dispatch.
02Delivery Charges
Hardware ranges from a pack of screws to a 5-litre pail of paint or a 3-metre pipe, so delivery is not added automatically at checkout. After you order, we work out the charge from the weight, size and destination and confirm it with you by phone or email before we dispatch. You can then accept it, switch to collection, or cancel for a full refund.
03Long & Heavy Items
Some items need special handling: PVC pipe ships as a full 3-metre length, and paint ships in a 5-litre pail. These may go by a different courier or by our own transport, and may arrive separately from the rest of your order.
04Collecting Your Order
You can collect your order from our office at Wisma Trax, Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur, by arrangement. Choose “Collect” at checkout and we will contact you with a time once the order is ready. Please bring your order reference.
05Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days of payment and confirmation of the delivery charge. Paint that needs tinting and larger orders may take longer; we will tell you the expected date.
06Tracking
When your courier provides tracking, we send you the tracking number after dispatch.
07When Your Order Arrives
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, contact us within 48 hours with photos, as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
08Missed Deliveries
Please give a phone number you can be reached on. If a delivery fails because nobody was available or the address was wrong, re-delivery may be charged.
09Delays
Deliveries can be delayed by weather, public holidays or courier problems. We will let you know if your order is significantly delayed.
